Emergency Weather Dismissals

One Hour Delay

The school day begins one (1) hour later than normal. Notification will be implemented via Parent Square and other approved channels.

Two Hour Delay

The school day begins two (2) hours later than normal. Notification will be implemented via Parent Square and other approved channels.

  • No breakfast will be served for students K-12
  • No Universal Prekindergarten Program (APW ES)
  • No AM Citi Program or Alternate Location Programs for the morning (inc. New Visions, Make Sense Shop, and PTech)

School Closing

School is canceled, no school sponsored or related activities are conducted. Notification will be implemented via Parent Square and other approved channels.

Early School Closing (Emergency)

School is canceled while in session; it is an early (emergency) dismissal. Notification will be implemented via Parent Square and other approved channels.

  • No After School Activities.
  • School personnel may leave immediately after the last school bus leaves.
  • Administrators may leave immediately after the students have been safely delivered home.
