    • Students who entered Grade 9 in 2005 and thereafter are only eligible to receive a Local Diploma if they receive Special Education services through identification by the Committee on Special Education.
    • An integrated course in Mathematics, Science, or Technology may be used to satisfy the third credit in Math or Science for a Local or Regents Diploma. Please see a School Counselor for specific details.
    • In lieu of the three required credits of LOTE, a student may substitute a 5 credit sequence in Art, Fine Arts, Business, Technology or Career Education.
    • A student may receive a Regents Diploma with Honors if the average of his or her scores on the five required exams equals a 90 or higher.
    • A student may receive a Regents with Advanced Designation Diploma with Honors if the average of his or her scores on the eight/nine required exams equals a 90 or higher.
